Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Automotive Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in business enablement, sales operations, automotive financing, or floor stock/inventory management.

• Experience working with automotive dealers, financial institutions, or financing facilities (drawdown & redemption) is a strong advantage.

Functional & Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, documentation processes, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel for tracking and daily/weekly/monthly reporting).

• Familiarity with inventory management or ERP/CRM systems.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to data accuracy and detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external financial partners and internal teams (e.g., Finance & Branch teams).

• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and monitor Floor Stock operations, including end-to-end drawdown and redemption processes, ensuring optimal utilization

Oversee daily branch redemption requests, respond to inquiries, and proactively initiate redemptions to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle delivery

Ensure all Floor Stock activities adhere to established SOPs, compliance standards, and maintain high data accuracy

Liaise with external financial institution partners on all drawdown and redemption matters

Handle bookkeeping and documentation related to Floor Stock transactions

Collaborate closely with the Finance team on drawdown disbursements and redemption payments

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review

Support additional ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
