Experience in back-of-house operations such as dishwashing or kitchen stewarding is an advantage, although candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Must have basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Physically fit, able to work well in a team, and willing to learn.

Follow instructions well, strong attention to detail, committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Able to work shifts including on weekends and public holidays.

Basic fluency in English and/or Malay is required.

Assist kitchen crew with basic cleaning tasks in kitchen and food preparation areas in accordance with the restaurant’s guidelines.

wash, sanitise, and properly store all kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and floor at all times.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Support the kitchen crew with waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies.

Report any safety hazards, damages, or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
