PLACEMENT: SIME GROUP HEAD OFFICE (GHO)

INTAKE: 2026 (NOVEMBER & DECEMBER)

LOCATION: MENARA SIME, ARA DAMANSARA

SIME PROTÉGÉ PROGRAMME - INTAKE 2026 is calling ambitious graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic business environment. This is your chance to gain real-world experience, build professional networks, and work alongside some of Malaysia’s most respected industry leaders to build a strong start to your career.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Duration: 8 Months (compulsory)

Extension: 4 months (optional, company discretion)

Placement: Successful applicants will be assigned to departments or teams that align with their field of study.

POTENTIAL APPLICANTS

We welcome applications from young Malaysian talents with: -

1. Bachelor's degree, graduated within the last two years.
2. Minimum CGPA of 2.70, priority will be given to the unemployed or underemployed graduates.
3. Proficient in English communication.
4. Basic digital literacy.
5. Good interpersonal, positive mindset, appearance and conduct.
6. Able and comfortable to commute to placement location above on daily basis.

PROGRAMME PACKAGE

• Monthly allowance of RM2,000
• Medical claim up to RM400
• SOCSO contributions
• Group Personal Accident (GPA) coverage
