Job Summary

Take charge of production at GCast Concrete factory. Plan schedules, drive quality, and keep operations running at full efficiency — every day, every pipe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations of the spun pipes factory to meet output targets and quality standards
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilisation
• Monitor and enforce quality control throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards on the factory floor
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and supply chain teams to support smooth operations
• Maintain production records and report on KPIs including output volume, defect rates, and efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in concrete/spun pipes or construction materials
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and production planning
• Ability to manage shift operations and work in a factory environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
