Cafe Supervisor

About the Role

The Outlet Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the outlet. You will be responsible for supervising the front-line team, maintaining service quality, and supporting the Outlet Manager in achieving operational and sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise day-to-day outlet operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming standards, punctuality, and discipline.
• Assist in staff training and development to ensure service consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs and health regulations.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and ordering of supplies.
• Assist in preparing duty rosters and ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
• Support Outlet Manager in achieving sales targets, promotions, and special events.
• Prepare daily / weekly operational reports when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B / hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
