Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Body & Paint Parts Operations

Process parts requests for Body & Paint repair jobs and ensure timely issuance of parts to support workshop operations.

Monitor parts availability and coordinate with suppliers or the main warehouse for back orders when required.

2. Inventory Control

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control, storage, and handling of Body & Paint parts.

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the immediate superior.

3. Support Workshop Operations

Coordinate with Body & Paint Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop personnel to ensure the correct parts are available according to repair schedules.

Prepare and issue parts promptly to minimize repair delays.

4. Parts Administration

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including parts requisitions, purchase orders, goods received, and stock movement records.

Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the dealership management system.

5. Warranty & Customer Service

Assist in warranty parts administration in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Support internal and external customers by responding promptly to parts enquiries and order requests.

6. Housekeeping & Compliance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts storage area while ensuring compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

7. Ad-hoc Duties

Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications for Body and Paint Parts Assistant

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Studies, or an equivalent qualification.

2. At least two (2) years of working experience in automotive parts operations, inventory control, administration, or customer service. Experience in Body & Paint parts will be an added advantage.

3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, suppliers, and customers.

5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while meeting deadlines.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
