Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Strong knowledge of full set accounting.

Familiar with Accpac Accounting Software or similar accounting software.

Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Fresh graduates are not preferred for this position.

Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and accounting schedules.

Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and properly maintained.

Handle invoicing, payments, receipts and other daily accounting activities.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other relevant parties when required.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and relevant regulations.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
