Full Time Senior/Junior CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) QC Support Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,200 in Tonasco Malaysia Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Ricebowl

·         Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

·         Min 2 years of experience in operating CMM (knowledge of ZEISS Calypso is an advantage).

·         Able to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

·         Basic knowledge of ISO quality standards.

·         Good problem-solving and communication skills.

·         Perform stylus calibration and create CMM setup before measurement.

·         Run CMM inspections for FAI, IPQC, and Final QC according to planning and ensure efficient machine utilization.

·         Generate and verify CMM measurement reports.

·         Provide feedback to CMM Programmers on measurement or program-related issues.

·         Guide and monitor junior staff to ensure inspection accuracy and compliance with procedures.

·         Conduct 5S activities and perform routine machine maintenance.

·         Interpret engineering drawings including GD&T requirements.

·         Support production in troubleshooting dimensional issues.

·         Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
