Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions (8D, CAPA).
• Liaise with customers on quality matters and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate containment actions and root cause analysis with internal departments.
• Monitor customer quality performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Participate in customer audits and support external quality audits.
• Prepare quality reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949, and ISO standards.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Experience in the automotive or precision machining industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
