Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in the F&B or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with CCC standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Achieve sales targets while controlling food costs, labour expenses and wastage.

Lead, schedule, supervise and train restaurant team members.

Ensure compliance with halal requirements, hygiene standards and food safety regulations.

Oversee inventory management, cash handling and daily operational reports.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
