About the Role

We are a growing coffee business that focuses on serving quality beverages and providing good customer service. We are looking for a responsible and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily outlet operations and guide the team to achieve the company's standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at the assigned outlets and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure all staff follow company rules, procedures, and work guidelines.
• Assist in preparing weekly staff schedules.
• Check cash float and daily sales collections to ensure all amounts are correct, properly kept, and banked in on time.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange stock orders when needed.
• Ensure company equipment and other assets are properly maintained and used.
• Make sure all drinks are prepared according to the company's recipes and SOP to maintain quality.
• Assist in creating and posting social media content for the store during working hours, with at least one post on each working day.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry or a related field.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills when dealing with team members, customers, and management.
• Must have own transportation.
