Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders from the Sales team or customers, verifying stock availability with the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Production and Procurement teams to arrange the replenishment or production of items that are out of stock.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure effective communication and timely execution of orders.
• Assist in daily delivery planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Liaise with vendors, warehouse personnel, transporters, and logistics providers to coordinate local and international shipments.
• Arrange and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) services to meet delivery requirements.
• Prepare and verify shipping and delivery documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate goods receiving activities and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and relevant documentation before transferring them to the warehouse or production area.
• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and delivery arrangements, ensuring estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates are communicated to relevant parties.
• Perform other duties, special projects, and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Familiar with inventory management, shipment coordination, delivery planning, and goods receiving processes
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills when dealing with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
