Our client is a well-established multinational company specializing in hearing healthcare solutions, including hearing aids, hearing care services, and diagnostic equipment. They are currently looking for an Audiologist to join their team in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing and balance assessments and diagnose related conditions.
• Recommend, fit, and program suitable hearing aids based on patients’ needs.
• Provide patient counselling, follow-up services, and hearing aid troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare medical and diagnostic reports.
• Manage daily clinic operations, stock replenishment, cash flow, and branch sales targets.
• Maintain branch cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Build relationships with hospitals, ENT specialists, and general practitioners.
• Conduct reminder and follow-up calls to customers regarding hearing aid usage and pending cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology (mandatory).
• Sales-driven with a strong focus on customer care.
• Able to balance patients’ needs with sales targets.
• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable engaging with children and elderly patients.
