The organisation operates in the Shared Services Centre in Petaling Jaya.
Job Description
- Lead day-to-day purchase-to-pay activities to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate invoice processing activities to maintain clear and complete financial records.
- Review purchase-to-pay workflows and resolve processing issues to support smooth operations.
- Monitor transaction status and follow up on outstanding items to keep processing on schedule.
- Work with internal stakeholders to clarify purchase and invoice information when needed.
- Prepare operational updates on purchase-to-pay activities for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Identify practical process improvements that strengthen accuracy and consistency in P2P work.
A Successful 'P2P Team Lead' Should Have
- Experience managing purchase-to-pay processes and invoice-related activities.
- Strong understanding of transaction processing within an Accounting & Finance function.
- Ability to review workflow issues, prioritise tasks and keep activities on track.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction queries.
- Confidence in reviewing data and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ability to identify practical improvements to P2P processes.
- Permanent employment contract.
