The Assistant Playleader supports the Playleader in creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children through Pure PlayLearning. This role is hands-on assisting in daily activities, supervising children, and ensuring their overall well-being while promoting creativity, confidence, and social skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Playleader in planning and conducting play-based learning activities.
• Supervise children during indoor & outdoor play, ensuring safety at all times.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs through positive interaction.
• Prepare learning/play materials and help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging play environment.
• Observe and report children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns to the Playleader.
• Build strong, caring relationships with children and parents.
• Model positive behavior, good manners, and emotional regulation for children.
• Assist in daily routines (mealtimes, rest, hygiene practices, transitions between activities).
• Work collaboratively with the Playleader and team to create a supportive, loving atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
