We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team in promoting our Early Intervention and Special Needs Education programmes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to generate enquiries and increase student enrolment.
• Assist in promotional activities, events, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posters, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and online enquiries.
• Ensure consistent company branding across all platforms.

3. Digital Advertising & Content Creation

• Assist in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising campaigns.
• Produce and edit photos, videos, and marketing materials.
• Design promotional materials using Canva or other design software.
• Track campaign performance, enquiries, and cost per lead.

4. Business Development & Enrolment Support

• Work closely with the administrative and admissions teams to convert enquiries into centre visits.
• Support student recruitment campaigns and promotional events.
• Identify marketing opportunities to improve brand awareness and enrolment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital advertising.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates with strong creative skills and a portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
