• Assist the IT team in providing day-to-day IT support to employees.
• Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, including computers, printers, network and other IT equipment.
• Support user account setup, access management and system configuration.
• Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset records.
• Assist with data backup, system updates and basic IT security activities.
• Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
• Assist in documenting IT issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Provide support for HRMS/ERP and other business applications, where required.
• Assist with IT-related projects, system implementation and testing.
• Perform other IT-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
