 Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily project activities and site operations.

- Coordinate tasks among engineers, vendors, contractors, and project partners.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed according to schedule.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.

- Manage and motivate team members working on-site and remotely.

- Ensure compliance with project SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.

- Validate completed work and ensure all required documentation is properly prepared.

- Act as the main point of contact for site teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain deployment reports, site acceptance forms, checklists, and other project documentation.

- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

- Experience in project coordination, IT deployment, site operations, or team supervision is preferred.

- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to manage multiple teams, tasks, and project schedules.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Willing to travel and work at project sites nationwide when required.

- Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

- Able to work overtime during active project periods.
