Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans and specifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address site-based challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities

Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards

Company car provided and willing to outstation.

Monitoring construction progress and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards

Interpreting and applying engineering drawings, plans and specifications to guide the construction team

Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and make informed decisions

Conducting site inspections and testing to identify and address any non-conformances

Preparing detailed reports, logs and other documentation to record project progress and performance

Ensuring all construction activities adhere to relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations

Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team
