Support physical installation of Network switches, Router, Wireless Access Point, etc as part of the hardware refresh cycle.g. Support basic troubleshooting of Alcatel phone system and Cisco IP Phone system.h. Good to have technical certification in networks and hardware supportAdministrative Task expected from this role:i. Maintain proper inventory checklist matching with CMDB.j. Monitor the Support Queue in ServiceNow to ensure tickets are dealt with promptly.k. Direct complex tickets to appropriate support group and maintain ownership until issue resolve.l. Maintain 5S in Workplace.
