Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience & Language Skills:3+ years of experience in production planning, factory planning, or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry (preferably with OSAT exposure).Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly assembly and test operations.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred / a plus.Technical & Professional Skills:Proficiency in advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, IEMDM) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the proven ability to balance capacity, demand, and inventory under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external OSAT partners.High capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
