Prudential Life Insurance Agency Association (PRULIA), was formed in 1989 to protect the interest of the Prudential Agency Force. As the financial landscape evolves, changes are inevitable. As it was evident in the 1st Financial Master Plan in 1996, there was a drastic change in compensation and structure of the insurance fraternity.
