JobHouse Sdn Bhd (**9690-X) is a recruitment company under the Utusan Group Berhad providing job and recruitment opportunities to both jobseekers and employers in Malaysia. JobHouse Sdn Bhd was formally known as Kareer.com.my and in September 2006, after acquiring of the license from Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, we embarked on adding online recruitment solutions, Executive Search, Permanent & Temporary Staffing, Managed Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Expatriate & Foreign Labor Supply and Training & Development. We have various smart partnerships with Human Resource Ministry, Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia (DPMMS), Higher Education Ministry, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK), Government Linked Companies (GLC) and selected Multinational (MNC) companies in Malaysia. We have been the preferred HR partners for selected companies from Banking & Financial Services, Medical & Healthcare Services, Manufacturing, Call Centre & Infrastructure Technology.

 

Effective 1st October 2012, the business of Kareer.com.my was to be carried out under this new company named JOBHOUSE SDN BHD and our corporate office operating in SS2, Petaling Jaya. This office is located near LRT Taman Bahagia which our candidates will be able to travel to our office for an interview without transport problem (easy acces of transportation). Currently, JobHouse is focusing for 3 main products i.e. Managed Service (Busines Outsourcing), Permanent Placements and Foreign Workers. JobHouse matches specifically skilled workers with clients, saving businesses time and money. This requires a high level of communication. It means managing the present labour market of graduates and their lacking in specific skills asking open-ended questions and listening, not talking makes our selection process very personal. This means knowing the local market so JobHouse can really serve each client and employee, not just "sell" them our goods. JobHouse is providing a quality service.

 

Product development initiatives has been carried out to ensure that JobHouse is always ahead in terms of providing services related to Human Capital Management. Few new products will be launched in 2013. The long-term vision includes a number of offices in major towns like Penang, Johor Bharu, Ipoh and even in East Malaysia, where the market is still untapped and huge workforce supply. JobHouse sees the challenge in this vision, not in the growth itself, but in training and encouraging all JobHouse personnel to treat each client and employee with the same care and with the same level of communication.
