1.0 ABOUT THE DΛSON & DΛSON GROUP The Dason & Dason Group consists of 3 entities, which are:

(i) Dason & Dason, Chartered Accountants;

(ii) Dason & Dason Corporation Sdn Bhd; and

(iii) Dason & Dason Corporate Advisors Sdn Bhd.

Cumulatively the group currently consists of over 15 associates offering a wide variety of services to assist clients in meeting their commercial objectives, from business entity incorporation, legislative compliance, tax advisory, formulating business strategies and managing internal and external business and personal risk.

Dason & Dason Corporate Advisors Sdn Bhd is the entity which provides Tax Planning, Business Consultancy, Accounting and Corporate Governance services.

The entity specializes in income tax compliance, tax planning, tax audit and tax investigation mitigation. The entity also specializes in the implementation and compliance requirements of the Sales and Services Tax (SST).

Dason & Dason Corporation Sdn Bhd is the entity which provides financial planning and risk management services, specializing in retirement plans, formation of trusts, creation of wills, life insurance, business creditor protection, buy sell agreements and estate planning.
