Kulai Maju (Johor Bahru) Sdn Bhd is previously known as Southern Nature (M) Sdn Bhd which was established on 28 June 1993. Its name was changed to the current name on 18 July 2002.

The mission of our company is to provide quality life style to the communtiy through our property development.

The key business of our company is property development.

At present, our company owns a piece of land known as Lot 47, Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor. It is situated in the vicinity of Taman Johor Jaya. The land area is approximately 19.27 acres. We have submitted our proposal to the Majlis Perbandaran Johor Bahru Tengah and are experting to get approval in the near future.

The following are the proposed components of the development.

Firstly is the serviced apartment. It consists two (2) tower blocks each 25 storey high. The total number of units is 610.

Secondly, there are altogether 57 units of shop offices, of which 8 units are 6 storey (double frontage), 35 units 4 storey (double frontage) and 14 units 3 storey. The shop office development follows the existing terrain of the site and thus creating double frontage, each frontage is located at different levels. We intend to introduce lift in the 6 storey shop office. We provide minimum 50 feet road in between the row of shop offices.

Thirdly, there will be low density (40 units/acre) low rise apartment for future development. Our sales gallery will be temporary situated on this piece of land.

Fourthly, there will be a commercial complex for future development.

We intends to build a main drain connecting the existing main drains in the vicinity of the development. Along the side of the main drain, we will build jogging track for residents to use. A kawasan lapang adjoining the detention pond will be provided. We intends to beutify the detention pond by planting trees and providing seats for the public to rest.

There will be a main road joining Jalan Anggerik 7(Taman Johor Jaya), our development, Taman Desa Jaya and Taman Ehsan Jaya. It is linked to Jalan Tebrau and Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL).

Among the amenities/facilities in the vicinity of our Development are Daiman Bowl, Jusco Tebrau, Sultan Ismail Hospital.
