King Ong Development Sdn Bhd

King Ong Development Sdn. Bhd. was established on 7th Mac 1990. Before the establishment of this company, Dato’ Koh King Ong was a renowned/leading sub-contractor in the construction of road improvements and repair, especially in the mid 80's. Two of the biggest projects involved were the development and construction of the road from Lekir to Teluk Intan coast and PLUS Highway – Ipoh in Changkat Jering for Best Engineering Co. (Taiwan) and Halla Construction Co. Ltd. (Korea).

The company started with its main projects which were small scale housing development projects and the construction of factory buildings. In addition, the company is also a developer and housing contractor to own residential development projects. In the mid 90’s, we had successfully develop and completed more than 20 housing schemes including apartment projects around the town of Sitiawan.

In general, King Ong Development Sdn. Bhd is more efficient in Civil Engineering and as a general contractor, housing developer and property investment as well as suppliers of building materials.
