Coordinate player matchmaking for open play and social sessions
Promote upcoming games, events and programmes through WhatsApp, and social media
Liaise with coaches and management to align sessions/events with club goals and player needs
Identify potential collaboration opportunities, and conduct outreach to companies, schools, universities, residential communities, sports groups, coaches and relevant brands
Gather feedback from players and share insights with management to improve programming and retention

Front Desk & Operations

Greet, welcome, and assist players and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Be present and visible during peak hours and actively engage players to build relationships
Manage court bookings, check-ins, and check-outs accurately and efficiently
Answer inquiries related to the facility, services, programs, and events
Open and/or close the facility following established safety and security procedures
Ensure the club is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks, research, and coordination to support the facility’s needs
Work independently during solo shifts while keeping operations smooth and customer experience high.

Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Friendly and comfortable interacting with players
Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership to drive tasks forward independently
Comfortable conducting outreach and following up with potential partners
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Willing to handle both community-growth work and practical club duties
Comfortable working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Lives within reasonable commuting distance to Ampang or can commute reliably
Interest in sports and community building; padel experience is a plus but not required

What We’re Looking For:

Experience organising sports events
Comfortable using WhatsApp to communicate event details and updates to players
Basic ability to capture photos/videos during events
