Some of the things I learned include, but are not limited to, understanding the political aspects of managing a company's operations both internally and externally. I also gained skills in management, such as maintaining proper order, record-keeping, and tracking various aspects of the business. I faced challenges in managing foreign employees. The most rewarding part of the job was receiving recognition, such as the Malaysian Book of Records and Seri Angkasa 2016 award.
