BMC Mall is owned by Foremost Wealth Management Sdn Bhd and managed by Amax Property Management Sdn Bhd (“AMAX”), the latter of which also manages approximately 2.6 million square feet of retail and office properties in Malaysia. As the property management arm of ARA Asset Management Limited (“ARA”), AMAX draws upon its experience through its subsidiaries across Australia, China, Malaysia, and Singapore to nurture and grow all assets under its care.
