Central Pattana’s core businesses comprise the development of shopping center and other complementary mixed-use development projects, which include office building, hotel, and residence, to add value to the shopping centers. By the end of 2019, Central Pattana manages 34 shopping centers, 15 in Bangkok Metropolitan Area, 18 in prime provincial areas and one in Malaysia; seven office buildings in Bangkok; two hotels, namely Centara Hotel and Convention Center Udon Thani and Hilton Pattaya Hotel and nine residential projects.
