Lead and assess job analysis requirements by undertaking Job Management activities for e.g. Jo Profiling, Job Grading, support the maintenance of the organization structure, changes to the existing positions, and creation of new positions based on the approved Position Management guidelines, conduct analytics and data patterns and trending with insights that add value to the business and stakeholders to ensure compliance with HRM policies and procedures.
