About the Job
You play a key role in for overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Full scope of shared services payroll processing for headcount of employees from different entities.
Accurate submission of statutory monthly / yearly / periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / ad-hoc IR21 / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims etc.
Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims.
Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
Manage the Time Management System (TMS).
Manage or assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
You will report to the payroll manager as an individual contributor role, and you will be based in Singapore.
Who you Are
2 years' experience in payroll processing in a MNC with headcount ( 1000)
You have experience leading a team of technicians and supervisors
Good team player yet able to work independently.
You have good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and network with people.
What you know
You have a diploma in the relevant trade
Local regulatory laws for payroll related.
skills and experience required
Minimum diploma required in human resource or related fields
At least 1 year of experience processing payroll using SuccessFactors
Competence in handling full spectrum of payroll tasks
Knowledge of Employment Act and Manpower Laws
Attention to detail and good judgement
Can-do attitude and willingness to tackle problems or new tasks
