Commercial & E-commerce Intern (Lifestyle Brands)

Build real commercial experience with emerging lifestyle and technology brands.

We’re looking for a Commercial & E-commerce Intern to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our growing lifestyle brands, LiberNovo and Enabot.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who is organized, proactive, curious, and eager to learn how a real business operates. You’ll work across customer experience, ecommerce, aftersales, inventory, product listings, and sales operations - giving you exposure to the commercial side of running and growing consumer brands.

What You’ll Do

E-commerce & Customer Support

• Manage recurring customer enquiries across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Respond to customers in a timely, clear, professional, and friendly manner.
• Support customers throughout their purchasing and post-purchase journey.

Aftersales & Issue Resolution

• Assist with aftersales enquiries and issues related to LiberNovo and Enabot products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate issues and follow cases through to resolution.
• Identify recurring customer issues and highlight opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Inventory & Marketplace Operations

• Conduct regular inventory checks across ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies, unusual stock movements, missing SKUs, or other issues.
• Help ensure marketplace information accurately reflects actual product availability.

Product Listing & Quality Checks

• Review product titles, descriptions, pricing information, and other listing details across marketplaces.
• Identify outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and coordinate corrections.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across ecommerce channels.

Commercial & Distributor Exposure

• Gain first-hand exposure to how a distributor operates across sales, ecommerce, customer experience, inventory, and commercial operations.
• Work closely with a small, hands-on team and understand how different functions come together to support business growth.
• Get exposure to emerging D2C lifestyle and technology brands, including LiberNovo and Enabot.

New Initiatives & Improvements

• Bring fresh ideas to improve existing processes and customer experience.
• Take ownership of new tasks and initiatives as you become more familiar with the business.
• Because we’re a small team, you’ll have genuine opportunities to try new approaches, solve problems, and shape how things are done.
