Looking to build real client-facing experience while keeping your schedule flexible? Join us as a Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator, where you'll get hands-on exposure to worksite marketing, client relationship building, and business operations — perfect if you're early in your career and want variety over routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing worksite marketing initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with clients on-site and remotely
Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to client accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing execution
Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Confident communicator, comfortable meeting clients face-to-face
Digitally savvy — comfortable with scheduling tools, messaging apps, basic admin software
Prior experience in marketing, client servicing, or admin support is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train
Able to work independently in a hybrid setup
A self-starter attitude and willingness to learn
