Support the maintenance of corporate governance documentation, internal controls, and statutory compliance registers.

Compliance and Financial Crime

Facilitate Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know-Your-Client (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) processes for new and existing clients.

Aid in the execution and monitoring of the compliance programme, supporting compliance reporting, internal audits, and periodic reviews in line with the compliance calendar.

Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.

Risk Management and Operations

Assist in evaluating, designing, and enhancing operational risk management processes and internal control frameworks.

Support the coordination and rollout of risk management initiatives across various business and functional units.

Conduct due diligence for the onboarding and listing of new wealth products and services on the platform.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

A demonstrated interest in financial regulation, asset management, and wealth management.

Able to commit (full-time or part-time) for a minimum of 3 months, with the availability to work on-site at least two full days per week.

Target Start Date:
January 2027.
