Responsibilities
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Retail Excellence Intern, APAC will support the Regional retail team in driving retail performance, operational excellence and education initiatives across APAC local market and Travel Retail. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, project coordination and internal event organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance & Data Management
- Compile and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly retail performance reports across regional markets.
- Monitor key KPIs, category trends, productivity and BI dashboards.
- Maintain and update retail performance and Education data, trackers and dashboards.
- Support data consolidation, reporting and market follow-ups.
Retail Operations & Projects
- Support the implementation of Retail Excellence guidelines and regional retail initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of retail projects to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Consolidate market feedback and customer survey results to support action plans.
- Support retail expense tracking and coordination with markets and vendors.
Training & Workshop Coordination
- Support the planning and organization of regional trainings, workshops and other learning initiatives.
- Coordinate participants, venues, schedules, materials and communication with markets and partners.
- Support execution and ensure smooth coordination of regional activities.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up and feedback.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- University undergraduate in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Available for an internship duration from January 2027 to July 2027.
- Strong analytical, organizational and event coordination skills.
- Highly independent, agile and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and an interest in retail excellence and luxury.
