Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property management and operational tasks.
• Assist in preparing PR forms, work orders, and other related documents.
• Assist in coordinating with tenants, vendors, and contractors when required.
• Assist in following up on property maintenance and operational matters.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for properties.
• Support the team with other ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
