Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records and update our HRIS, keeping files organised and confidential.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and benefits data for review.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and prepare offer paperwork as requested.
• Manage onboarding logistics, including equipment requests and orientation schedules for new hires.

Employee Experience

• Respond to routine HR queries, escalate issues when needed, and help keep team communications clear.
• Assist with basic HR projects such as engagement activities, training coordination, and compliance record keeping.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• No prior full-time experience required; fresh graduates and candidates with internships are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with HRIS, basic payroll concepts, and recruitment administration is an advantage.
