About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and organised Front Desk Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic practice. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and comfortable experience.

Business Operating Hours

Mon & Thurs (& Public Holidays) : CLOSED

Tues & Fri : 1pm-7pm

Wed: 9-7pm

Sat & Sun :9am-2pm

*Roster will be base on these hours- so the right candidate may not need to work the full extend of these hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and administration of the practice
• Welcome patients and assist them with check-in and general enquiries
• Manage appointments, scheduling and patient bookings
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and other patient enquiries in a professional manner
• Handle front desk operations, including processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
• Assist with social media and website updates when required
• Help maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of the practice
• Restock basic supplies and ensure the reception and treatment areas are kept organised
• Carry out other reasonable duties related to the smooth running of the practice

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with patients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and comfortable learning new software
• Able to handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be an advantage
• Previous experience in reception, administration, healthcare or customer service is an advantage, but training will be provided
