Part-Time Customer Experience (CX) Executive

At FRWD, we believe in creating exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Experience Executive to support our sales and operations team by ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and positive journey.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, appointments, and after-sales matters.
• Coordinate appointments between customers, sales consultants, and designers.
• Assist customers with order updates, delivery status, and service-related enquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service and daily operations.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, retail, hospitality, or call centre is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
