 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment practices
  • Willingness to learn and take on new HR responsibilities
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and responsible
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Role Overview

Support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, and general HR operations, gaining practical exposure to end-to-end human resources practices. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing onboarding materials and documentation
  • Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Support attendance, leave, and other HR administration activities
  • Assist with payroll administration by preparing and checking relevant HR information and documentation
  • Prepare HR letters, forms, reports, and other HR-related documents
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of employment and service-related documentation
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities, company events, and internal HR initiatives
  • Assist with HR audits, data checking, and ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and other HR projects as assigned
