Responsibilities
General HR
Manage the preparation of salary adjustment letters or confirmation letters when required.
Prepare Probation Review Form to hiring manager when the employee is due for confirmation.
Provide solutions to employees when there is any HR issue arises.
Work Pass Management
Handle the work pass applications/renewals when required.
Recruitment
Recruit process – from start to the end of process involves advertising, shortlisting candidates, arranging for hiring managers to interview etc.
Onboarding process when new hires come on board and exit clearance for resignees.
Training & Development
Monitor the list of trainings of existing employees especially those with mandatory safety passes – to send those to attend course before the safety pass expired.
Source for course on soft skills when required.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of HR relevant working experience
Minimum Diploma in Human Resourse Management
Proficient in MS office applications
Able to work independently
Working on Freelance basis - 2 days per week in the office.
Able to commence work in Nov 26.
