• Assist the Creative Team with daily creative and operational tasks.
• Support the preparation and coordination of photoshoots, video shoots, campaigns, and content production.
• Assist during shooting sessions, including preparation of products, props, equipment, talents, and shooting areas.
• Prepare and maintain creative-related paperwork, documentation, trackers, checklists, and project records.
• Coordinate creative materials, products, props, samples, and other items required for shoots or campaigns.
• Assist in arranging shooting schedules, locations, talents, and other production requirements.
• Support the team in monitoring creative project timelines, task progress, and pending deliverables.
• Organise and maintain creative files, references, assets, and production documents.
• Liaise with internal departments when coordination is required for creative projects or campaigns.
• Assist with content preparation and basic creative tasks where required.
• Provide on-ground support during company events, campaigns, activations, and production activities.
• Carry out other creative and operational duties assigned by the Creative Team or Management.

Pay: RM950.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
