About the Role We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital IT Intern to support our core digital infrastructure. In this role, you will get hands-on experience managing the technical backbone of our business—bridging internal IT operations, web domain administration, and mobile application management. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience with production-level digital assets, cloud configurations, and app platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain & Web Infrastructure: Assist in managing domain registrars and hosting platforms. Configure and maintain DNS settings (including CNAME, TXT, and DMARC records) to ensure web and email services run securely.

• App Platform Administration: Support the administrative side of our mobile applications, including navigating and maintaining developer accounts (such as Google Play Console) and ensuring platform compliance requirements are met.

• Email & Systems Authentication: Assist in setting up and monitoring email delivery infrastructure (such as AWS SES) and ensuring proper authentication protocols are in place.

• IT Operations: Provide general technical support for internal software, assist with workspace provisioning, and help document standard operating procedures for our tech stack.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A foundational understanding of how the web works (Domains, DNS, Hosting, and basic networking).

• Familiarity with, or a strong willingness to learn, developer and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Play Console, AWS, or domain registrars).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

• High attention to detail, especially when handling configurations that impact live websites or applications.
