Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting/admin experience preferred.
- Experience in automotive, motorcycle or dealership industry will be an advantage.
- Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting is an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Responsible, systematic and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Key in and maintain customer payment receipts for bank-in transactions.
- Prepare and issue Payment Vouchers for company payments.
- Issue cash sales invoices and receipts accurately.
- Perform payment knock-off against customer invoices and outstanding balances.
- Verify customer payments and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts and payments in the accounting system.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer account reconciliation.
- Follow up on outstanding or unmatched payments when required.
- Assist in daily accounting data entry and documentation.
- Perform filing and maintain proper accounting records.
- Assist the Accounts/Finance team with month-end closing and reports.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by Management.
