Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating production activities and schedules.
• Support the Production team in preparing equipment, materials and production requirements.
• Assist with production setup, dismantling and on-site operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors and relevant teams as required.
• Assist in monitoring production timelines and ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Prepare production documents, checklists and basic reports.
• Assist with logistics, equipment movement and inventory coordination.
• Support the Production team during events, programmes and productions.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Event Management, Broadcasting, Film & Media, Hospitality, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to learn and take on hands-on production tasks.
• Able to work during weekends, public holidays or outside normal working hours when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment or event operations is an added advantage.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
