This role will be based in Campbell Cheong Chan, Petaling Jaya.

What you’ll be doing

• Data Entry and Analysis: Specification Review and shelf-life report compilation.
• Documentation: Support in shared file housekeeping, move old revision to OBS folder, hard copy filing system.
• Sensory Preparation: Triangle test, structured Inspection, competitive benchmarking, weekly shelf life, any sensory evaluation with stakeholders.
• Raw Material Evaluation: Crop / Alternative material evaluation which includes comparison in Specification, Appearance, Taste, and KB application; New RM photoshoot
• Kitchen Work: Support KB when needed from Weighing material, Blending, Cooking, Filling and Cleaning.
• Lab Work: Chemical / Physical analysis (Brix, Acid, Salt, pH, Bostwick, Viscosity).
• Trial Support: Any NPD / GE / BCP projects

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of food science principles, ingredients, and food processing is an advantage.
• Comfortable with documentation, and basic report preparation and willingness to work in laboratory and kitchen environments.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions.
