Lay Hong Liquid Egg Sdn Bhd (Kapar)

Location: No. 42, Jalan Bestari 4/KU7, Taman Perindustrian Kapar Bestari, 42200 Klang, Selangor.

Pay: RM800

Shift & Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m

Saturday : 8:00 – 1:00 p.m

Job Responsibility:

• Assist in conducting quality assurance / quality control activity throughout food production process.
• Assist in performing routine inspection of raw materials, production process and finish goods.
• Assist in conducting lab testing activity to ensure appropriate test methods and conditions are employed.
• Assist in arranging and prepare report of internal and external lab analysis, microbiological study.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Food Engineering / Food Technology / Chemistry or related field.
• Strong interest in food safety, quality assurance and laboratory testing

Contract length: 3-6 months
