Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and driven individuals to join our Marketing Department as interns. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic corporate environment, we'd love to hear from you!


Position 1: Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Create and schedule social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials such as buntings, print ads, presentations, eDM etc.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help organize events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 months internship.
  • Ability to work on-site or hybrid as required.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is an advantage.
  • Proficient (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in Mandarin is an advantage.


Position 2: Community Outreach & Events Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach programs, CSR initiatives, and corporate events.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and event logistics.
  • Create content for social media and event promotions.
  • Support photography, videography, and content documentation during events.
  • Prepare event reports and post-event evaluations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to outreach and engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Availability for a minimum of 4 months internship.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion for community work, CSR, and event management.
  • Proactive, responsible, and organised mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • High adaptability and willingness to assist with on-ground event execution.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays when events require (replacement leave will be provided).
  • Basic skills in mobile or camera photography and videography.
  • Familiarity with simple editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
  • Proficient (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to event venues.
