Summary of the position:

Under the supervision of the Head of Organisation and working closely with the Organisation team, the intern will support the department in short-term project coordination, innovation initiatives, end-of-year committee preparation, and information security awareness initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in banking project management, transversal communications, and organizational coordination within Crédit Agricole CIB.

Main responsibilities:

1. Short-term Project Management Support

• Assist in coordinating ongoing and ad-hoc projects for the branch
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Prepare project status reports and updates

2. End-of-Year (EOY) Committee Preparations

• Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and documentation for various EOY committee meetings
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information and updates
• Understand the year-round milestones and achievements of the Organisation function

3. Information Security Controls

• Support ongoing information security control activities
• Assist in creating and distributing cybersecurity communication materials
• Help coordinate staff training initiatives on information security awareness
